CCDI创立于1994年，是在城市建设和开发领域从事综合专业服务的大型设计咨询机构，拥有涉及广泛业务领域的产品事业部，实现专业化发展，在上海、北京、深圳、成都、纽约设置五大区域公司，实现跨地区经营。曾成功主持设计了国家游泳中心“水立方”等六个2008年北京奥运会比赛场馆，实现了大量自主创新和绿色理念的科技成果。
