职位描述:
1.在副总经理的领导下监督管理并指导技术部的日常工作和团队建设。
2. 随时审核新产品设计中的方案，同时对于产品工艺、设计方案的确定及实施进行评估和审核。
3. 对确定方案的产品进行总体设计把关，同时领导项目小组解决和排除设计中遇到的问题。
4. 对于公司产品重大质量事故的技术协助分析，配合其他部门的相关技术服务和培训工作。
5. 保持同行业、协会的交流与联络，及时掌握行业动态。
