1、全面负责机械生产管理工作，合理安排生产计划。
2、做好整个生产过程的指挥与控制，保证生产的连续性、均衡性。
3、配合相关部门组织应用新技术、新工艺、新设备工作，以提高劳动生产率和合格率。
4、负责协调解决机械各车间协同生产过程中出现的各种问题。
5、监督检察设备部门的设备完好率和使用率，并分析和整改。
6、检查机械各车间的工作现场管理，组织实施5S管理工作。
7、不定期与员工沟通，并整理员工的合理化建议，及时对合理化建议做出回复和整改。
8、协助企业副总开展其他相关工作。
9、负责部门人力资源的开发和人才的培养。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，生产管理类专业优先。
2、英语水平良好，计算机操作熟练。
3、 对生产业务有很高的管理水平，具有5年以上企业生产管理工作经验，熟悉精益生产管理。
4、有较强的全局观念和计划、组织、协调管理能力。
5、工作严谨，遇事处理果断及时，追求工作效率。
6、有高度的工作责任心，协助制造部经理开展工作。
